Dive into a delicious lineup of oyster favorites, including oysters on the half shell, Champagne Oysters, fried oysters, oyster shooters, and more. Then, turn up the fun on the official National Oyster Day, Wednesday, August 5, with Buck-A-Shuck oysters, drink specials, and a live DJ to keep the party going. Pair fresh seafood with handcrafted cocktails and soak up the lively atmosphere in downtown New Haven. Gather your friends, raise a glass, and celebrate one of summer's tastiest traditions.
