3rd Annual Women Warrior Wine Dinner

We are proud to invite you to our 3rd Annual Woman Warrior Wine Dinner at Pier W on Tuesday, March 31 at 6:00pm.

This special evening celebrates the strength, creativity, and leadership of women in both the culinary and wine worlds. Our female-led culinary team has curated an inspired five-course menu, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from woman-led wineries around the globe.

From vibrant Pet-Nat in the Loire Valley to elegant Chablis, Sonoma Coast Syrah, and a refined White Port from Portugal, each pairing has been selected to elevate the experience of every course.

The evening begins with house-made pita and focaccia alongside kumquat marmalade and chorizo, and moves through highlights including:

Poached Pear & Beet Napoleon with lavender rosemary whipped goat cheese

Pan Seared Jumbo Fluke with squid ink pappardelle and lobster saffron broth

Coffee Rubbed New Zealand Lamb Loin with rosemary potato pavé

Pistachio Raspberry Entremet with chocolate crémeux and fresh raspberries
