Are you based in Canada and want to learn about wine? We offer two versions of this program via Zoom!

1. Eight Monday night classes starting on January 11 and running to March 8 with the online exam on March 15 or
2. Three full-day classes on March 21, 22 and 27 with the online exam on April 3

You’ll learn about the key grape varieties that are grown around the world and the different styles of wine they produce. The course will also expand on the Systematic Approach to Wine Tasting that we introduced in Level 1. 

Through a combination of tasting and theory, you’ll explore the factors that impact style and quality and learn how to describe these wines with confidence.

This course is a fantastic introduction to the world of international wines and is suitable for beginners as well as those who already have basic wine knowledge. It's a great course for both wine enthusiasts and people in the drinks and hospitality business.
