Where To Buy Locally

Where can I buy locally or online (reputable website) FALESCO Sangiovese 2011, Italy? please help! Thank you!
Answer From Expert Roger Bohmrich MW

Based on information available online in January 2015, Falesco Sangiovese 2011 is in limited retail distribution in the U.S. I'm not sure of your location, but there are six stores in as many states indicating they currently offer this wine, including Calvert Woodley in Washington, DC (calvertwoodley.com), a well-established merchant who may be able to ship to you depending upon your delivery address. There are also individual outlets in California, Oregon, New Jersey and Florida. One reason the number of retailers is limited is that the current vintage of Falesco Sangiovese appears to be 2012, and this year is more widely distributed. You'll find listings if you search the internet, possibly including one in your state or city. If you really want the 2011, I would buy it quickly as it will no doubt soon disappear entirely from the market. Changing vintage is a constant in the world of wine!
