The Journey

We’ll spend nine unforgettable days exploring Europe’s most beloved Christmas markets—immersing ourselves in history, food, wine, craftsmanship, and holiday traditions by day, then wandering through glowing market squares by night as church bells ring and the cities come alive.

We begin in Vienna, where we’ll gather for a festive welcome dinner on arrival. With over 20 Christmas markets dating back to 1298, Vienna sets the tone with elegant traditions, dazzling lights, and stalls filled with handmade gifts and indulgent seasonal treats.

Next, we travel to Salzburg, where intimate, charming markets feel like stepping into a postcard. Local artisans, handcrafted ornaments, roasting chestnuts, and the scent of gingerbread create a cozy, nostalgic holiday atmosphere that’s impossible to forget.

From there, we continue to Munich, home to some of Germany’s oldest and most iconic Christmas markets. Over two days, we’ll savor Bavarian specialties, festive music, and the unmistakable warmth of German holiday traditions.

Our journey culminates in Strasbourg, one of Europe’s oldest Christmas market cities and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Often called the Capital of Christmas, Strasbourg’s historic center transforms into a fairytale with nearly 300 wooden chalets, glowing lights, and aromas that wrap you in the spirit of the season. It’s magical, emotional, and unforgettable.

After Strasbourg, take the TGV to Paris, where you can return home or extend your holiday adventure. Or stay over in Strasbourg to continue the holiday festivities.
