Designed for a small group (8ppl max - 4 couples, double occupancy), Taste of Switzerland is not about checking destinations off a list. It is about slowing down, connecting with the people behind the wines, and discovering a side of Switzerland that few travelers ever experience. Day 1 | Saturday, October 10

Welcome to Switzerland


Upon arrival at Geneva Airport, you'll be greeted by Ian, Founder of The Swiss Wine Guys, before transferring to your charming accommodations overlooking the vineyards and Lac Léman (Geneva).

After time to settle in, gather for a welcome reception featuring your first introduction to Swiss wines and regional specialties.

The day concludes with an intimate welcome dinner at one of the area's outstanding restaurants, where seasonal Swiss cuisine is thoughtfully paired with local wines.

Day 2 | Sunday, October 11

The Lavaux Vineyards & Lac Léman (Geneva)


Begin your Swiss wine journey exploring the breathtaking Lavaux Vineyard Terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where vineyards have overlooked the lake for centuries.

Meet local winegrowers who continue generations of family tradition while producing wines found almost exclusively within Switzerland.

Enjoy private tastings surrounded by spectacular vineyard landscapes before stopping for lunch overlooking the lake.

The afternoon offers time to wander the charming lakeside town of Vevey, with its cafés, boutiques, lakeside promenade, and vibrant Swiss atmosphere.

Day 3 | Monday, October 12

Private Cellars & Swiss Hospitality


Today offers a rare opportunity to visit privately owned wineries that, although famous locally, are rarely heard of outside Switzerland.

Meet passionate winemakers inside historic family cellars while learning why nearly all Swiss wine is enjoyed within Switzerland.

Each tasting showcases classic grape varieties including Pinot Noir, Gamay, Sauvignon Blanc and specialty wines unique to the region, like Switzerland's own Chasselas.

Lunch is enjoyed at a carefully selected local spot where fresh regional ingredients complement the day's wines.

The evening is yours to relax and enjoy the peaceful beauty of your surroundings.

Day 4 | Tuesday, October 13

Lausanne, Montreaux Culture & Culinary Switzerland


Spend the day exploring Lausanne and/or Montreaux, two of Switzerland's most vibrant cultural cities.

Stroll through the beautiful downtowns, admire views across the lake, and discover lively cafés, markets, and elegant streets.

Visit renowned museums in some of the world's most beautiful waterfront settings.

Following lunch, continue with another exclusive wine experience featuring producers whose wines rarely leave Switzerland.

Dinner this evening highlights modern Swiss cuisine paired with carefully selected local vintages.

Day 5 | Wednesday, October 14

The Spirit of Swiss Winemaking


Travel through the picturesque vineyards of La Côte and surrounding wine villages, where generations of families continue traditions dating back centuries.

Visit carefully selected boutique producers for private tastings and behind-the-scenes access to vineyard operations.
