Visit Romania with Romania born German chef Johann Schuster from Houston. Chef Schuster learned how to cook at the culinary school of Sibiu in Trannsylvannia and before that at his parents home in Medias. Later on he moved to a restaurant in Germanys Southwest and then to Houston, were he operated Charivari Restaurant for 18 years.

Chef Schuster will tour us through five cities that played a role in his chef life and formation. Being in Trannsylvannia we will also try the best wines of Romania with visits of a few wineries. And we will of course visit the castle of Count Dracula.

The tour ends with two days in Vienna.
