Bordeaux Immersion Journey

This exclusive seven-day program has been curated by L'École du Vin de Bordeaux, conducted by Emiliano Stratico, permanent faculty member of the school, and organized by the institution's official travel partner. Far beyond a traditional wine tour, this is an educational and immersive journey designed to reveal the people, terroirs, traditions, and wines that have made Bordeaux legendary.

Throughout the journey, you'll enjoy exclusive access to renowned châteaux, private tastings, blending workshops, historic villages, and the remarkable world of Cognac.

Day 1 – Arrival in Bordeaux

• Arrival and check-in at the Hôtel de Normandie.
• Time to discover Bordeaux's beautiful architecture, cafés, and vibrant atmosphere.
• Welcome to one of the world's great wine capitals.

Day 2 – Welcome to Bordeaux

• Exclusive workshop at the Bordeaux Wine School.
• Guided tasting and introduction to Bordeaux's famous terroirs.
• Lunch in the city center.
• Private walking tour of Bordeaux with a local guide and winemaker.
• Visit to the spectacular Cité du Vin museum.

Day 3 – The Right Bank: Saint-Émilion

• Blending workshop at Château des Tourtes.
• Lunch at Château Carlmagnus.
• Private visit to Château Canon La Gaffelière.
• Guided exploration of the medieval village of Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 4 – Entre-Deux-Mers, Graves, and Sauternes
