The experience begins with a sensory calibration - an interactive aroma exercise that fine-tunes the palate and sets the stage for discovery. Guests will then be led through a guided tasting of Zinfandels from two distinct vineyards, poured side-by-side for in depth exploration and paired alongside gourmet cheeses. Together, you’ll explore nuances in fruit expression, structure, and body - followed by a reserve selection to evaluate.
