After retiring to Austin, Texas, his passion for tequila led him to launch Z Tequila, an award-winning line of handcrafted tequilas made from 100% Highland Agave in the Highlands of Jalisco. Known for its exceptional quality and remarkable value, Z Tequila reflects Pepe’s belief that luxury should be accessible.
