Come join us for the first in a series of relaxing and rejuvenating yoga sessions at Autumn Lake Winery! Take a break from your busy week and unwind in the serene surroundings of the winery. You will be gently guided through a series of poses designed to improve help you feel grounded and calm. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this all levels flow will do wonders for your mind and body. Added bonus...a free glass of Autumn Lake Wine is included in your ticket purchase! Don't forget to bring your own mat and water bottle. Namaste!

In the event of inclement weather, a ticket refund will be provided. Or, you can use the ticket first a future Yoga/Wine event.
