Level 1 course offers a well-rounded introduction to wine, focusing on wine tasting technique, major wines of the world, and food and wine pairing principles. Consider this class if you are relatively new to wine and would like to expand your knowledge and move to the next level.
The class consists of a total of in-person instruction, tasting and a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course. A light lunch is also provided during mid-day break.
Cost: $310, plus $15 shipping for the class booklet and TX sales tax.
