La Padrona hosts a one-night-only Tuscan collaboration dinner led by an extraordinary lineup of women shaping today’s culinary and wine world.
This four-course experience brings together acclaimed chefs including 2026 James Beard Nominated Chef Amarilys Colon and Chef Kimberly Beatrix of La Padrona, alongside celebrated guest chefs Chef Joanne Chang (Flour Bakery + Myers & Chang) and Chef Cassie Piuma (Sarma). Each course will reflect a distinct culinary perspective, paired thoughtfully with wines from renowned Italian winemaker Lorenza Sebasti of Castello di Ama in Tuscany. Together, these leaders in food and wine will create an evening rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and regional storytelling.
A portion of proceeds will benefit World Central Kitchen, supporting its global mission to provide meals in communities affected by humanitarian crises. Seating is limited for this unforgettable celebration of excellence, collaboration, and community.
