Winter Walk In The Woods: Spruce-Wrapped Cheeses

Cost: $50

Each year a few select cheeses are released for a limited time: Rush Creek Reserve, Winnimere, and Ebenzer. These cheeses are highly allocated and hard to get, but cheesemongers always find a way to get these on your (and our!) holiday tables. This year we are giving you a chance to try each of these cheeses and more. Now an annual tradition, we are having a release party to celebrate, taste, and learn about the tradition of bark-wrapped cheeses. You'll have a chance to try the big three plus a few more as we talk about the history, process, and flavor of these cheeses. This is a class not to be missed and seats are highly limited.

For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses, five candies or chocolates, and expert instruction. Wine, beer, N/A and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.

To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other.
