Winter Time Blues: Our Annual Guided Tasting Of Blue Cheese

The middle of the winter got you down? Don't worry! We'll treat your blues with the blues (cheeses that is). Sign up for this guided tasting and class if you are looking for a delicious way to spend a chilly winter evening. We'll be learning where blue cheese comes from, how it is made, what makes it unique, and learning about a few different styles. Come experience 5 blue cheeses side-by-side to discover how one style of cheese can taste so different depending on animals, places and things!
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, non-alcoholic and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other.
