We are bringing you the finest flavors from two of its largest: Sicily and Sardinia. With the unique microclimates come a diverse selection of wines that cannot be found anywhere else.

Our evening will take you on a tour of these islands via a delightful tasting journey. Wine flights are a fantastic way to explore the rich and varied world of Italian wine, and by sipping thoughtfully and engaging with the experience, you can expand your palate and discover new Italian favorites along the way.

At our Italian island inspired table, we invite you to indulge in a flight of four wines—two from Sicily, two from Sardinia. In addition, we will offer you a selection of traditional antipasti from each island.

With thousands (yes, thousands!) of years of history and culinary influences and traditions, these islands will surprise and delight you with all they have to offer.

How our Evening Will Flow:

Like Italians do, we will immerse in these products to get the fullest sensorial experience possible. A brief presentation of the region, terroir, and properties will accompany each wine, followed by a guided and interactive tasting. In addition to the antipasti being served, pairing recommendations will be offered so you can create your own Italy inspired tasting experience wherever, whenever.
