That's what this class is all about - we'll discuss what makes for a good wine pairing, what to look for, and how to take some of the guesswork out of getting that bottle that's perfect. We'll be sipping on 5 examples of classic pairings and discuss what elements they will contribute to making the meal a memorable one! 5 tastes of wine, an hour of information, and a Q and A after to make sure you got the info you came for! Tickets are transferrable, but non-refundable.
