Wines and Steins, a home wine and beer making club in the Paso Robles wine area has over 130 members. Many of our members are award winning wine and beer makers who enjoy sharing their knowledge.

Tonight we will have a presentation from Bryanna Grebe, Technical Winemaker for LAFFORT USA. Bryanna will share practical tools to help set your 2026 vintage up for success. She will cover bioprotection strategies to manage unwanted microorganisms on grapes and equipment, introduce new yeast strains for fermentation reliability, and taste through comparative samples featuring NOBILE oak alternatives. Whether you’re curious about new approaches to microbial control or exploring cost-effective oak options, you’ll walk away with ideas you can put to work in your cellar right away.
