Terra Tovela blends locally sourced ingredients across five thoughtfully crafted courses — from airy rosemary popovers and vibrant beet salad to orecchiette with rapini, chimichurri steak, and a light chocolate mousse to finish.

Each dish is intentionally paired with Alveare wines, chosen to highlight texture, balance, and nuance in every bite and sip.
