Winemaker's Dinner 2026
Join us at Crane's Pie Pantry Restaurant & Winery for our 2026 Winemakers Dinner. We invite you to be part of a one-of-a-kind wine/food experience as we celebrate a successful 2025 year in winemaking for the Crane's wine and cider-making team. We are hosting an 8-course pairing dinner centered around our new wine releases for the season and an incredibly talented group of food professionals. The evening will have back-and-forth discussion with the winemakers and chefs, plenty of delicious wine and food to savor, and a behind the scenes look at how Crane's works.
2025 Vintage Wine Pours & Food Pairings:
️ Peach Rie - Co-Ferment Peach and Riesling paired with a peach, mozzarella ball, speck, and basil skewer drizzled with balsamic reduction.
Sparkling Grüner Veltliner - Crisp and fresh champagne style white wine paired with Big O’s smoked whitefish dip on a crostini with micro greens and pickled asparagus.
Riesling - Lake Michigan shore grown semi-sweet white wine. Chorizo Patatas Bravas drizzled with a spicy garlic and smoked paprika aioli.
White Merlot - Semi-dry rosé. Baked oysters Rockafellar with bread crumb and parmesan cheese. Garnished with parsley butter -anchored with spring mix.
Resolved White - Dry white wine, blend of Chardonnay and Riesling. Creamy spring pea and mushroom risotto topped with shaved parmesan.
Pinot Blanc - Barrel fermented dry white wine. Pork Schnitzel on a bed of micro greens with a velvety dijon gravy.
Montage - Cabernet/Bordeaux style red wine. Steak, onion and carrot empanada served with a bright chimichurri dipping sauce.
Iced Apple Wine- Sweet dessert style apple wine. Creamy vanilla bean panna cotta topped with toasted almonds and an iced apple wine glaze.
