At Beringer, world-class winemaking is elevated by a deep-rooted culinary legacy that has helped shape Napa Valley into a global destination for food and wine. From its early role in advancing California wines on the international stage to the historic Hudson House, home to Madeleine Kamman’s renowned School for American Chefs, Beringer has long stood at the forefront of culinary and hospitality excellence. Having hosted iconic figures such as Julia Child and Thomas Keller, this tradition continues to define an experience where innovation, heritage, and flavor converge.

Today, that legacy comes to life with a visit from Chef Christina Machamer, Owner and Executive Chef of Clandestine Table. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and winner of FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen, Chef Christina refined her craft alongside celebrated culinary leaders including Gordon Ramsay and Thomas Keller, developing a distinctive style rooted in seasonal, refined French cuisine.

Guests are invited to be part of this extraordinary experience through a live culinary demonstration and a meticulously curated, multi-course dinner, expertly paired with Beringer wines—set within the original School for American Chefs, where this rich culinary legacy began.
