Join us for our latest Wine 101 workshop!

It is one of the greatest debates in the world of wine, and a point of pride and bragging rights for many a country. Similar to arguments over baklava or hummus, pisco or pavlova, generations of Georgians, Armenians, Greeks, New Zealanders, Turkish, Chinese, Egyptians, and more have argued that their homeland was the first to create the notorious beverage. In a way, all of them are right. And all of them are wrong. History is funny like that.

In this class, we’ll discuss the beginning of winemaking, exploring how those cultures, regions, and geopolitical environments developed wine as we know it today. This class will be the first of three discussing how wine has moved across our world, and where it may be going. And it’ll of course be fun and interactive, so prepare for some play, some competition, and- as always- some wine sipping.

Your ticket includes 4-5 tastes of wine.
