Pat Henderson will be leading a two part seminar on wine tasting and appreciation. In the first session we will start with how to approach wine tasting as a subject and using your senses to evaluate a wine’s flavor profile. From here we will taste the individual components that make a wine flavor before moving on to tasting a selection of both red and white wines. **Tickets for each day are sold separately **
