Get ready for a laid-back wine dinner featuring the fantastic flavors of Vino Stache Winery. We've put together a fun, coursed wine-paired menu to add a twist to your Saturday night.

The Tasty Journey:

First Course: Italian Sausage-stuffed Tomatoes with Toasted Cotija Cheese Pair it up with the friendly Vino Stache 2020 Sangiovese. It's a medium-bodied red from the Cimarron Vineyard in Willcox. Aged for 2 ½ years in a mix of neutral and medium-toasted barrels, it's got notes of bright candied cherry, Kirsch, raspberry, dried strawberry, eucalyptus, and leather.

Second Course: Smoked Pork Belly with a Dark Cherry Mint Glaze Meet your match with The Painiolo - a Mourvèdre from Rhumbline Vineyard in Willcox and Kat & George's Whitmill Vineyard in Sonoita. Aged in a combo of neutral and new oak, this one's a smoky delight with a burst of dark cherry goodness.

Third Course: Blackened Prime Rib with Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Broccolini Sip and savor Vino Stache 2020 Graciano - a medium to full-bodied red from a 3-acre vineyard in Sonoita. Fermented with a dash of whole cluster, and aged for 3 years in neutral oak, it's got notes of tomato, cherries, and aged balsamic, making it the perfect partner for our Blackened Prime Rib.

Dessert: Lemon Pie with Toasted Almonds End on a sweet note with the friendly Vino Stache 2020 Malvasia Bianca. It's a skin-fermented white, or what some call an Orange-style wine, from the Rhumbline Vineyard in Willcox. Aged in a concrete egg for 10 months, it's a zippy wine with high acidity, boasting notes of fresh grapefruit, lemon verbena, gardenia, and honeysuckle.
