Hosted by sommelier and Catena Family representative Anita DiPaola, this experience invites you to explore how what you hear can shape what you taste—blurring the lines between sound, flavor, and emotion. Throughout the tasting, you’ll be guided through a curated selection of Catena Family wines. Expect surprising contrasts, wine flavor discoveries, and new experiences designed to challenge your perception—including a special “zebra striping” moment, where you will learn to alternate between wines at different alcohol levels.
