Let’s talk about rocks! The best wines in the world are made from grapes grown on soils that at first glance are not suitable for agriculture. Fossilized chalk, volcanic rocks, clay, and sand to name a few. The type of soil will directly influence the character of the wine. The soul comes from the soil.

In this class, we will blind taste 4 wines grown on 4 distinctive soil types and you will learn about the mysterious concept of Terroir!
