The Big Pig | baked ham and swiss - served on pretzel bun with honey mustard

Cabin Reuben | classic corned beef & sauerkraut, topped with swiss and russian dressing - served on rye

Apple Walnut Salad | fresh tart apples, blue cheese, veggies, & mixed nuts - with fuji apple vinaigrette

Summer Berry Salad | greens, chicken, fresh mozzarella, candied nuts, dried and fresh seasonal berries from the farm - with raspberry vinaigrette

CHRISTOPHER MARK JONES

Christopher's songwriter saga started in Paris about 1976, when he found that all he wanted to do was sing and play guitar. Fast forward, Christopher now calls Pittsburgh home and continues to travel and perform in formats ranging from solo to full band, he is also working with songwriter friends to promote concerts in Pittsburgh and is working on a variety of projects in his own studio as both producer and engineer

SECOND WIND

Second Wind Band - 4 seasoned musicians that have played all over the country on tour and in the studio over the past 34 years - playing Southern Rock, Classic Rock, Funk and Country. Their goal is to balance work and family together with our passion of making sweet music - a band to listen to, dance to, and be rocked out of your seat!
