Experience a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu paired with exceptional wines from the Biondi Santi family’s new chapter in Maremma. The Biondi Santis are best known for creating the Brunello di Montalcino style of wine, made from Sangiovese. Now, Tancredi and his father Jacopo run Castello di Montepó, the family’s estate in Maremma.

This intimate evening will highlight the elegance and innovation behind the BBS11 Sangiovese Grosso clone, showcasing the vision and legacy of Jacopo and Tancredi Biondi Santi at Castello di Montepò.
