Join us for a delightful culinary journey! Chef Matt Conti will guide you step-by-step as we work together to create dishes that beautifully balance fresh, savory, and seasonal flavors.
Your ticket includes your first glass of wine to enjoy while you cook.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make Ravioli & Gnocchi from scratch, using two doughs to create four distinct pastas:
Ravioli Doughs:
• Classic Ricotta Ravioli
• Spinach Ravioli with Ricotta Filling
Gnocchi Doughs:
• Pumpkin Seed Ricotta Gnocchi (naturally gluten-free)
• Colorful & Seasonal Gnocchi
We’ll also prepare two sauces to pair with your creations:
• Pumpkin Seed Pesto (Nut Free!)
• Vincent William Marinara
Groups of 4: Participants will be grouped in parties of four. If you're attending with others, we’ll do our best to group you together.
