Join us for a delightful culinary journey! Chef Matt Conti will guide you step-by-step as we work together to craft sushi rolls that balance fresh, savory, and bright flavors.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make three distinct sushi rolls from scratch – from preparing the rice to rolling, slicing, and garnishing:

Sushi Rolls:
• Spicy Crab Roll featuring fresh jumbo lump crab
• Vegetable Roll with cucumber, avocado, and pickled radish
• Ginger-Soy Steak Roll using marinated skirt steak

You’ll also learn how to finish and garnish your rolls with traditional accompaniments:
• Ponzu sauce
• Toasted sesame
• Pickled ginger
• Fresh wasabi

Groups of 4: Participants will be grouped in parties of four. If you're attending with others, we’ll do our best to group you together.
