Join us for a delightful culinary journey! Chef Matt Conti will guide you step-by-step as we work together to create dishes that beautifully balance fresh and savory flavors.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make Greek salad, Red pepper hummus, Chicken Souvlaki
Greek salad:
• Tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, olives, feta cheese
• Classic Vinaigrette
Red pepper hummus:
• Roasted red bell peppers, chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, cumin, garlic, lemon juice
•Fresh pita bread, Carrots, Cucumbers for dipping
Chicken Souvlaki
• Skewered marinated chicken, red onion, tomatoes, tzatziki sauce
• Fresh pita bread
Groups of 4: Participants will be grouped in parties of four. If you're attending with others, we’ll do our best to group you together.
