Wine & Cheese Board Building Class

If you are a wine & cheese enthusiast, then our Cheese Board Building class is for you!

In this class, we'll begin with a guided wine & cheese tasting followed by an in-depth board building lesson. Each class member will have their own personal slate board to customize, picking from an array of artisanal cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, crackers, nuts, dips and garnish. As we guide you through the process, you'll have the opportunity to taste and experiment with a selection of cheeses, and learn the principles of pairing different textures and flavors. You’ll gain insights into the delicate balance between cheese profiles and wine characteristics, elevate your tasting skills, and learn how to build dreamy and delicious boards!
