April 12 at 3pm: Wine 101 Understanding Tannins & Acidity
In this class, we'll explore some of the more basic concepts of wine, such as acidity and tannins. You'll also leave this class understanding wine terminology such as "fruit forward" and "sweetness". Take this course if you want to be able to discuss SCV wine like our staff can! Included in your ticket is some light charcuterie and 2 flights (four 2oz pours each) of various SCV wine. Ticketholders enjoy 5% off 4 packs of bottles of the wines highlighted in this class (or 15% off for Wine Club Members)
