Wine can be daunting at times, but it doesn't have to be, after all it's just fermented grapes! Through this approachable class we will tackle topics such as:

How wine is made
How to taste wine
How to purchase wine/read a label
Basic food pairings
and more!

This class will be guided through tasting exercises, and the wine will be flowing! Ten wines will be sampled, and charcuterie graze will be available (buffet style). Worksheets and packet will be yours to keep! This class will lay out the building blocks as we build our education series.
