A collaboration between Stinson Vineyards, Wound Tight Wine, and Chef Rachael Harris. A stellar evening of beautiful wine and delicious food!
Dinner will be 5 courses alongside wines from both Stinson and Wound Tight, featuring locally sourced fare that reflects the terroir of Virginia. Guests will be guided through the pairings by the chef and winemakers.
Rachael Harris is a Virginia native, her ethos revolves around building community, fostering connections, and utilizing honest, local ingredients. Her culinary influences range from Mediterranean to traditional Appalachian fare- creating menus that are often as authentically Virginian as it gets.
Stinson Vineyards is a family and winemaker-owned estate winery in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains specializing in small lot, garagiste wines with a distinct French influence.
Wound Tight is a small wine project by winemaker Corry Craighill. Each wine starts with a unique winemaking technique or an interesting grape variety that unfolds under a not-so-patient yet careful eye. The goal is to create wines that spark curiosity about what it means to be low-intervention, natural wine, or experimental.
