Vino Vinyasa At Barsha Manhattan Beach

Vino Vinyasa classes bring together vinyasa-based yoga and fun wine facts through creative yoga poses. Each hour long educational class ends with a comparative wine tasting of two wines, inviting you to mindfully taste what's in your glass while applying what you learned through the poses.

After yoga, we invite you to stay for more wine & snacks. Attendees will receive 20% off glasses of wine and 10% off retail purchases after class!
