In this class, we make the case for how great Italian whites really are with 6 unique mono-varietal selections from across the boot. No fancy blends or Burgundy impersonators here, just native grapes grown under uncompromising standards with a little Italain edge. I was inspired to create this tasting from a string of recent producer tastings that truly captivated me. Rare Verdicchio clone from Lombardia, vintage Falanghina, volcanic whites from Etna... I cannot wait to share these exciting wines and stories with you.
