Vernick Wine Presents A French Summer. Fourth & Final Stop: Corsica

After a sold-out Summer Through France series, we're gathering around the table once more. On September 16, Vernick Wine turns its attention to Corsica, exploring the island's distinctive wines alongside a seasonal, paired menu.

Our first-ever, summer series highlighted a few of our favorite regions and next we'll end our adventure in September with Corsica, a mountainous Mediterranean Island of France.

The evening begins at 6:30pm with sparkling wine upon arrival.

At 7:00pm, guests will be seated at a communal table for a 4-course dinner menu, plus hors d’oeuvres and a cheese course. The experience will transport you to France for the evening, with wine pairings representing important varietals that the Corsica is known for. The evening will be guided by our Wine Director, and lover of all things French, Michael Brakebill.
