Get your hands in the mix with this joyful, hands-on fermentation workshop led by Sam Paone of Golden State Pickle Works. In this immersive session, guests will learn the art and science of vegetable fermentation — from selecting seasonal produce to packing the perfect jar. Rooted in tradition but tailored for today’s home kitchen, this workshop celebrates slow food, gut health, and the simple pleasure of transforming farm-fresh ingredients into living, probiotic-rich ferments. Guests leave with new skills, a jar of their own creation, and a deeper connection to the food they eat.
