At one of OpenTable’s Top 100 Restaurants in America and Top 100 Restaurants for Romance, Chef Jacques will present his ever-popular and always sold-out Valentine’s cooking demonstration and luncheon, with a professional cooking set, roaring fireplace and – this Valentine's Day eve – featuring *drum roll*…. Truffles, Black Diamond Truffles! (accompanied by fine French wines, presented by Hugues Beaulieu from Elite Wines, aussi!)
Glorious Truffles, “the Black Diamond of French Cuisine,” are considered to be one of the world’s most potent aphrodisiacs. Preparing a repast for your special someone is an act of love, perfect for your Valentine’s Day celebration! Our truffle menu and cooking demo will feature the decadent and famous soup by legendary Chef Paul Bocuse, “La Soupe Aux Truffes En Croute Élysée” as demonstrated by our own Chef Jacques, as well as the classic Tournedos Rossini, with of course, foie gras and rich truffle sauce adding to that intangible frisson for you and your special someone – ooh la la!
It wouldn’t be a proper celebratory Valentine’s Day without sumptuous chocolate, as we feature Chef’s award-winning Warm Chocolate Truffle Soufflé, with Truffle Chocolate Sauce! The menu will be accompanied by delightful sparkling and still French wines, presented by Hugues Beaulieu of Elite Wine,s to top off an incredible Valentine’s Day afternoon delight.
