Begin with a Compressed Citrus Salad with fromage blanc and pistachio, paired with our 2022 Avellana Chardonnay, the vineyard you’ll be gazing at from the Tasting Room. Then, savor tableside-shaved Oregon truffles over a velvet egg and our rich Bison Short Rib finished with red wine jus, before ending on the sweet note of pear panna cotta. Each course is perfectly paired with our finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, crafted to be savored, moment by moment, together.
