Valentines Day Dinner

Cost: $134

A special night for you and your lovely.

Dinner will be prepared by Pampa's Fox Catering, and we will provide the wine and discussion.

The night will start with a cocktail hour with small appetizers and passed Sparkling wines. Then we move into dinner in our Barrel and Tasting Room.

First course

Spiced shrimp with avocado puree in a corn & lime edible spoon

Second course

Burrata salad with arugula, grilled pears, dried figs with a fig balsamic dressing)

Third Course:

Choice of

Beef Tenderloin with Malbec Reduction

OR

Chicken breast in a White Wine Mushroom Sauce

both with fondant potatoes and green bean bundles

Fourth Course:

Chocolate Bomb filled with a Bailey's white chocolate filling & encased in a chocolate mirror glaze on a shortbread crust, garnished with a raspberry coulis

Each course will be paired with wines from our current line up and cellar. Each wine chosen to compliment the dinner being served. Our wine team will be on hand to walk you through the pairings, and the menu.

A small gift will be given to keep the party going at home.
