Valentines At Prose

Cost: $110

Join us for Valentine’s Day at Prose with a curated prix fixe chef’s menu ($110 per guest). Guests will select one item from each course, including Kampachi Aguachile, warm Dungeness crab, and your choice of Koji-aged NY strip, Skuna Bay salmon, or roasted maitake “steak,” finishing with dark chocolate crèmeux.

Optional premium wine pairing is available for $60 per guest.

Please note: On Valentine’s Day, Prose will be offering prix fixe only. The regular dinner menu will not be available. Full table participation is required. Dietary restrictions are welcomed with advance notice.
