We’re kicking off the year with a fresh format for our Uncorked Educational Wine Tasting Series. Each month will rotate between TASTE, LEARN, and ENJOY classes, offering a mix of guided tastings, deeper education, and fun ways to enjoy wine.

Our first class is a TASTE experience: Sweet Sips, a delicious look at pairing candies and confections with wine. We’ll sample sweet and semi-sweet styles, from bright Moscato to rich fortified wines, and explore how dessert pairings work, how to match sugar levels, and the key do's and don’t's of pairing sweets with wine.

Expect a fun, approachable tasting with thoughtful insight into balance, texture, and sweetness in both wine and food.
