This tasting explores how classic pairings came to be, what makes them work, and where people often go wrong when trying to recreate them at home.

You will learn the basics of pairing—how elements like acidity, texture, salt, and weight interact—without getting bogged down in rigid formulas. Expect an approachable, crowd-friendly class that offers practical tools, familiar flavors, and pairing confidence you can use anytime.
