Each month will rotate between TASTE, LEARN, and ENJOY classes, offering a mix of guided tastings, deeper education, and fun ways to enjoy wine. This LEARN class will be led by a very special guest, Matt Sieren.

Step away from regions and labels and into the heart of the wine itself with "The Grape Escape", a class focused on understanding wine through grape varietals. This tasting explores how different grapes express themselves through aroma, structure, and flavor, and how growing conditions and winemaking choices shape those expressions.

You will learn how to recognize varietal character, compare styles, and identify what you enjoy without relying on ratings or rules. Expect a focused, classroom-style experience that encourages thoughtful tasting and deeper confidence in your preferences.
