Our expert Pitmaster, Rick Adamo, will teach you all of his tricks when it comes to selecting the right cut of meat, plus mastering the art of trimming, seasoning, and smoking.

This class is only open to 20 students. Early registration is recommended. This class is hosted both indoors and outdoors.
