Tyromania: Cheese With Crystals!

One of our most common requests at our cheese case is for "cheese with crunchy crystals!", so we've decided to share five of our favorite crystal-y cheeses in this guided tasting and class. These crunchy crystals are called tyrosine, and we can't wait to teach you all about how they form, what they do, and why they make cheeses extra delicious!

For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
