Step into a one-of-a-kind farm-to-table celebration where timeless tradition meets the electric buzz of a block party. We’re uniting Charlotte for a bistro-style fish fry and a whole hog roast that promises to be unforgettable. Our guest of honor, Marvin Ross Jr.—a fifth-generation hog farmer of Peculiar Pig Farm in Dorchester, SC—will be slow-roasting one of his prized heritage hogs, served up with all the classic fixin’s. Joining him are culinary stars Jamie Barnes of What the Fries/Serving the Culture and Quientina Stewart-Morrow of Noir Hospitality Group, ready to dazzle your taste buds. And yes, the Jimmy Pearls Boys are bringing their signature flavor to the feast. Curated cocktails and other boozy bevvies will be provided by the one and only Justin Hazelton, and Willpwr will be on the 1s and 2s with tunes. Come for the mouthwatering food and exquisite drinks, stay for the vibrant company—arrive hungry and leave with your heart and belly full.
