Pasta Making Class with Chef Edward Strojan

Join us for an exciting pasta making class led by Chef Edward Strojan at Calandrino's Old City Vino. Learn the art and history of crafting delicious Tuscan pasta from scratch in this hands-on experience. Chef Edward will share his expert tips and tricks while guiding you through the process of creating handmade pasta and sauces, this class will feature Tuscan potato ravioli with meat sauce, and gnudi (ricotta gnocchi) with sage butter sauce. Steve Calandrino will be pouring wines he imports from Italy and maybe even some house made limoncello. Save room for dessert!
